Working Together

For a well-defined task, we agree the objective, effort and interfaces, then move straight into implementation. For larger software projects, we use agile development, for example Scrum: we prioritise requirements together, deliver usable results in short cycles and regularly involve future users. We plan architecture, testing, acceptance and go-live to suit the scope and risks. This keeps the approach appropriate to the task, from a small assignment to a major project.

Start with a workshop

Identify and test AI opportunities

In the workshop, we assess your organisation’s current use of AI, gather ideas from day-to-day work and evaluate benefits, effort and data requirements. You receive a prioritised shortlist with a recommendation on which idea is best suited to a quick practical test.

If required, we then test the most promising idea with a prototype or a small pilot project. If the benefits are confirmed, we support the wider rollout with training and involve managers and staff step by step.

From Concept to Operations

Sovereign AI Agent Sprint

We bring a clearly scoped AI agent workflow into production in four weeks. The solution runs in the EU, supports a choice of AI models and uses defined human approvals.

A readiness check first establishes objectives, data and prerequisites. During the sprint, we implement, test and document the workflow and hand it over to operations. Ongoing support is available afterwards.
